| What is a Peel? |
There are many different levels of Peels available. Depending on your needs, there are ‘light freshening Peels’ (which enhance colour, texture and smoothness of complexion) to ‘Intermediate’ and ‘deeper’ Peels (designed to remove deeper problems including pigmentation, acne scarring and sun and age damage).

What is in a Peel?

Various types of peeling agents are used, depending on your skin type and problems. All Peels are non-toxic and have additional benefits for the skin. A few of these benefits include;
- improved blood circulation and lymph drainage
- increased production of new and stronger collagen and elastin fibres to tighten and firm the skin
- an increase in new and healthier cell production to replace older cells

Are Peels just for the face?

Peels can be carried out on any part of the body, including; the neck, back, chest, shoulders, arms and legs.

| What are the most common problems, which may be improved by this treatment? |
Peels are very effective in treating acne as well as reducing chronic acne scarring. Dry scaly wrinkling on the arms and legs, sunspots on the backs of hands and forearms and sun damaged leathery skin across the chest; may also be improved through treatment
